Master of Business Administration(MBA)

                    Dr.V.Devender, Ph.D is Senior Professor and Head, Department of Management Studies – MBA who have 31 years of vast and wonderful academic experience in Teaching and Research in MBA program. He is the founder faculty member of the MBA course in Khammam. He is joined in the society in 1994. He has been ratified as Professor in MBA by JNTU Hyderabad in the year 2016.

                    He is Senior Professor specialized in Human Resource Planning, Human Resource Development and Organisational Behaviour. Added to his credit he cleared UGC NET, SET, JNTUH FET and published 23 research articles in National and International journals. He was appointed as the University Nominee by the JNTUH Vice Chancellor to recruit the Principal and MBA Faculty in various colleges. Further, he is a Board of Governor of sri Kavitha Educational Society’s Khammam Institute of Technology and Sciences, Khammam. He has also been the Co-ordinator of Prestigious and world largest Indira Gandhi National Open University, Khammam since the year 2005.

                   Dr.V.Devender, who has organised various Faculty Development Programs, Seminars and conferences, has also attended various National and International Conferences, having had the privilege to deliver the Key note address and acting as the main speaker in various seminars and conferences. He has organised a UGC Sponsored National Seminar on "Management Challenges - Indian Managers" at a very young age and has acted as the Convenor in the year 1998. He is a member of various Professional bodies in India as well as reviewer for various National and International Journals.

                    He has done his Post-Graduation from Osmania University, Hyderabad in 1993. He obtained his Ph.D entitled “ Human Resource Development Practices in Singareni Collieries Company Limited”  from Kakatiya University, Warangal under the Supervision of Prof.Ch.Rajesham. Further, he  acts as a consultant to various professional and social bodies including CREDAI. He has had interactions  with the Chamber of Commerce, Confederation of Indian Industry, Hyderabad Management Association and The Federation of Indian chamber of Commerce and Industry.
